Yusr is designed to provide a private and focused Quran reading, listening, reflection, and spiritual companion experience.
Yusr stores most app information locally on your device. This may include:
This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to a Yusr user account or Yusr-operated server.
Yusr does not currently require users to create an account or sign in.
Yusr does not use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics services to track how you use the app.
Yusr does not sell your personal information.
Technical crash information may be processed by services used to distribute and maintain the app. This information is used for app functionality, reliability, troubleshooting, and improving the stability of Yusr.
Crash information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Yusr may stream or download Quran recitations from external audio providers. When your device connects to these services, standard internet information such as your IP address and the requested audio file may be visible to those providers as part of normal internet communication.
Yusr does not intentionally send your reading history, bookmarks, personal Moments, guided routine history, or other locally stored personal activity to these audio providers.
Yusr may provide local notifications and reminders if you enable them. Reminder preferences and scheduled notifications are managed on your device.
Yusr may provide Quran verses through an iOS widget. Widget preferences are stored locally on your device.
Yusr is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not currently require an account or request personal identifying information as part of normal use.
Yusr relies on certain third-party infrastructure for functionality such as application delivery, updates, and Quran audio content. These services may process technical information required to provide their services.
